Child Development (Period 4)

Students will be learning about children, parenting, families, prenatal development, birth, the first few years of life through the teen years. The class will be given “Think It Over Babies” during the semester to simulate parenting a newborn. We will learn about the developmental processes that influence the growth of the physical, intellectual, and socio-emotional aspects of the child from conception to adolescence.
