Homework Due- Students will create and deliver a lesson for the poems of the Romantic Period.
In groups, students will use at least two poems from Blake, Burns, or Wordsworth. They will teach students how to interpret the poems by modeling interpretation; they will also have students interpret the poems on their own. They will also use 3 of the 4 guiding questions in their instruction:
  1. What can people learn from nature?
  2. Is emotion stronger than reason?
  3. When is the ordinary extraordinary?
  4. How does war change our values?

Students will also be required to give students a worksheet to complete. This can be self-made or mass produced. They will have 50 minutes to deliver their lesson.

Students will present their lessons during the week of 5/20 to 5/24.
