Procedure for Transcript Requests:
Walk in service is 8:00 am - 4:00 pm during school calendar days.
Transcripts before 1995 - Please see the attached flyer for details on how to order transcripts.
Transcript request for students who attended our school before 2014 need to be requested online at https://lausd.scriborder.com/. If you need the record/index number, please contact our office at 818-833-3719.
Diploma duplicates need to be requested online at https://lausd.scriborder.com/
